Job Description

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as per reservation or availability. Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to the hotel’s service standards. Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Ensure timely clearance and resetting of tables between courses and after use. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary. Follow hygiene and safety standards (e.g., HACCP, hotel SOPs). Assist in mise-en-place and preparation before service hours. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for accurate and timely order delivery. Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Uphold the hotel’s image by maintaining proper grooming and uniform standards.
