Job Overview:

As a F&B Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of the food and beverage services for our properties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained. You will also be involved in inventory management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including service delivery, inventory control, and vendor management.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing resident feedback and maintaining consistent quality in food services.

Compliance & Hygiene: Oversee that all food handling, preparation, and serving meet health and safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections to ensure hygiene compliance.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and other related supplies. Maintain accurate records and manage restocking to avoid shortages.

Cost Control: Work with the F&B Manager to manage budgets, control costs, and reduce waste while maintaining service quality.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors for sourcing quality ingredients and supplies at the best prices.

Menu Planning & Execution: Assist in menu planning based on resident preferences, seasonal availability, and cost considerations.

Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on F&B operations, inventory, costs, and any operational challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in F&B services, hospitality, or related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with F&B operations, hygiene standards, and cost control.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management software.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
