Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Sales professional with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the food and beverage team to promote menu items and increase sales.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu planning and pricing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales management tools.
