We are looking for a dynamic F&B Manager who can:

Reimagine hotel dining to compete with the energy, pace, and creativity of today’s standalone restaurants.

Work closely with our consultants and leadership team to design, implement, and execute bold F&B concepts.

Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service while driving innovation in menus, presentation, and guest experiences.

Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets with a sharp eye on quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Bring in a strategic vision, from concept to execution, while staying hands-on with guest engagement.

Who we’re looking for:

A professional with 5–8 years of strong F&B leadership experience, preferably in premium or luxury hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle spaces.

Someone who is curious, creative, and commercially astute, with the courage to challenge traditional hotel F&B norms.

A collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can balance innovation with operational discipline.

Candidates with Ahmedabad experience will be preferred, to bring valuable local knowledge and cultural insights to the drawing board.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
