Hiring: Civil Projects Coordinator – Hotel Renovation Projects
We are looking for a Civil Projects Coordinator to join our project team in Ahmedabad. This role is designed to support the Civil and MEPF Project Leads in driving the renovation of our hotel assets to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Assist project leads with administration, documentation, and tracking of civil & MEPF worksSupport in billing, measurements, and preparation/verification of BOQsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and complianceAssist in vendor development and procurement-related evaluationsMaintain structured records of observations, site visits, and follow-upsRequirements:Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering (or related field)3+ years’ experience with a turnkey contractor or PMC firm (hospitality, commercial, or high-end real estate projects preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to be based in Ahmedabad with travel to other project sites as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build expertise across all facets of project coordination and grow into larger project management roles, while being part of transformative hotel renovation projects.
