Total Professional Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years

  of professional experience as an

  Electrical Engineer

  in building construction projects.
• Adequate experience in the

  construction and supervision

  of building projects.
• Experience working as a

  P.H. Engineer

  in building projects.
• Familiarity with

  P.H. equipment installations

  and building services systems.

Key Experience Requirements:

one

• RCC Multistoried Residential Building project of minimum

  10,000 sqm

  with

  4 or more storeys

  , OR
• RCC building project of

  5,000 sqm

  with

  3 or more storeys

  , OR
• Building project with a minimum value of

  ₹50 crore

  .

Additionally:

• Experience as an

  MEP Engineer

  in

  RCC multistoried residential building

  construction projects with the above specifications.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  electrical systems, P.H. systems, and MEP services

  in building projects.
• Familiarity with MEP installations in

  RCC multi-storeyed buildings

  .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities independently and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of relevant IS codes, NBC, and standard construction practices.
