Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in New Delhi. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for planning and managing food and beverage services, ensuring top-tier customer service, and overseeing daily operations. Duties include supervising staff, training team members, budgeting for events, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high food quality standards. The Food and Beverage Manager will also coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless culinary experience for clients and guests.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to train and supervise staff
• Experience in Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred
