Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and a guest-first approach to every meal and moment. You’ll lead the dining experience end-to-end — from concept and presentation to service and guest satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service Excellence

  • Supervise daily F&B operations — café, bar, kitchen, and room service (if applicable).
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a warm, seamless guest dining experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely, high-quality food delivery.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for all food and beverage items.
  • Oversee hygiene, safety, and compliance with hotel and FSSAI standards.

Menu & Experience Development

  • Curate and update menus in collaboration with chefs and management — focusing on quality, local produce, and innovation.
  • Introduce signature experiences (e.g., high tea, themed dinners, live BBQs, or culinary tours) aligned with the boutique concept.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve offerings.

Team Management

  • Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to uphold brand standards.
  • Build a strong service culture focused on teamwork, efficiency, and hospitality.
  • Create and manage duty rosters, shift planning, and performance reviews.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and track daily sales and expenses.
  • Optimize pricing, sourcing, and wastage control to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on performance and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B management experience, ideally in boutique hotels, premium cafés, or hospitality chains.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, beverages, and guest service standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Haridwar, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
