Job Title: F&B Associate

Job Summary

The F&B Associate will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and guest-centric dining experience. This position is responsible for executing service standards, ensuring operational excellence across all F&B touchpoints, and upholding the resort’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a proactive service mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end dining operations across restaurant, in-room dining, and outdoor service areas.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.

• Manage table setup, order taking, order processing, and billing with operational rigor.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols as per resort guidelines.

• Coordinate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Address guest queries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, escalating as needed.

• Maintain inventory of service equipment and proactively report shortages or operational risks.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality operations is preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to multitask, operate under pressure, and maintain service composure.

• Professional grooming standards aligned with luxury hospitality norms.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak business days.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (commensurate with experience)
