Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant, based in Varanasi. The Food and Beverage Assistant will support the preparation and service of food and beverages to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, and providing excellent customer service. The role plays a key part in delivering the high standards of hospitality that Brij Hotels is committed to.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Food Preparation and Food Service
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
