Food And Beverage Assistant

Role Overview:

The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction in all food and beverage areas. The role involves guest interaction, order taking, serving, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations.
• Ensure adherence to all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Assist in buffet setup, refilling, and clearing as required.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
• Process billing and handle payments as per company guidelines.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service (hotel/restaurant).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Excellent grooming and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass: Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
