Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue / Financial Performance

  • Achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) for the store/department.
  • Meet or exceed gross margin targets, sales per square foot metrics, average transaction values. (From the Department Manager listing) Jooble
  • Control costs, manage shrinkage (loss/theft), maintain inventory levels to support sales.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) sales, margin, inventory turns, conversion rates, etc.

2. Store / Department Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store / assigned department: opening & closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions, store housekeeping, displays, stock replenishment.
