Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Distribution

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure coverage of all assigned outlets (retailers, wholesalers, distributors).
Take product orders and follow up on delivery and payments.
Work closely with distributors to maintain stock levels.

2. Market Development

Identify new potential outlets or areas to expand the brands reach.
Promote new product launches or schemes to retailers.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

3. Merchandising & Visibility

Ensure product display as per Reliance Campa brand standards.
Place promotional materials (banners, wobblers, posters, etc.).
Monitor expiry dates and product freshness.

4. Reporting & Data Management

Submit daily market visit reports (DVR).
Track sales performance through mobile apps or Excel sheets.
Report issues like low stock, delivery delays, or retailer complaints.

5. Coordination & Teamwork

Coordinate with distributors, delivery team, and area sales manager.
Support marketing and promotional activities in the field.
Attend sales meetings, product training, and reviews.
