Ensuring committed production and related activities as per defined quality norms. 2. Manage and monitorproduction activities efficiently and ‘effectively’. 3. To Do List: 1. Conduct weekly performance review meetings and monitor progress. 2. Liaison with Engineering & Quality on equipment and process up gradation on regular basis. 3. Developing the team for digital monitoring of operations. 4. Ensuring 5s and ISO processes and its effectiveness. 5. Weekly Variance analysis of RM, PM and institute control measures. 6. Controlling process scraps and wastages within targeted limits on daily basis. Planning - 1. Daily & Monthly production planning based on sales plan WC/KMPL/BIL with planning dept. 2. Standard manpower Variety wise & based on Line balancing working to be done for all SKU’s & New additions. Meetings & collaboration- 1. Daily plant rounds to ensure 5S effectiveness, Removal of unwanted material, Upkeep of FG & other machineries . If required can be taken in coordination of respective dept. 2. Daily meeting with your team on efficiency loss & RCA to improve on. 3. Lead Daily meetings with other counterparts like Maintenance /HR & quality, stores. 4. Weekly meetings coordination with counter departments for resolving deficiencies for improvement. 5. Raw material & packing material consumption tracking methodology to be defined with stores. RM variance to be worked out on weekly & monthly basis. 6. PM consumption monitoring on daily basis Standard V/S actual & discussion with foreman’s for corrective action to ensure targets on wastage reduction. 7. Scrap wastage in terms of Dough/Foil & Wrapper/ CBB /Bopp to be monitored on daily basis against Target. 8. LPF monitoring tracker’s to be defined & tracked on daily basis & initiatives for reduction of LPF cost. 9. Bring initiatives to optimize manpower through Kaizens, Automation. 10. Preparing Monthly MPR based on company objectives & data to be discussed with other departments for CAPA. 11. Lead ISO activities with respect to production.
