Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Rewari branch, ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality patient care, staff management, financial performance, and compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations. This role is pivotal in achieving branch growth, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Rewari branch including outpatient, inpatient, IVF procedures, and administrative functions.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical and non-clinical processes.
• Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the facility.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise and manage all branch staff including doctors, nurses, front office, lab, pharmacy, and housekeeping teams.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and conduct periodic appraisals.
• Ensure proper staff attendance, shift management, and leave planning.
• Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.

3. Financial & Administrative Oversight:

• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and collection procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports for the COO.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising patient care.

4. Patient Experience & Marketing:

• Ensure excellent patient care and service standards.
• Handle patient complaints and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives to increase patient footfall and IVF inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with referring doctors, local clinics, and vendors.

5. Compliance & Regulatory:

• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and government regulations.
• Maintain all necessary registers, records, and documentation.
• Ensure patient privacy and data protection standards are strictly followed.

6. Strategic Growth:

• Identify opportunities to expand services and patient base in Rewari.
• Assist in implementing digital and offline marketing strategies for branch growth.
• Support corporate initiatives and integration with other branches.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital/clinic management, preferably in IVF or maternity care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and quality assurance practices.
