Job Title: Floor Manager

Reports to: regional manager/ COO
Work Hours: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Floor Manager is responsible for managing daily operations at the clinic floor level. They ensure smooth patient flow, staff coordination, service quality, and overall patient satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, team handling, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage reception, counselors, therapists, and support staff on the clinic floor.
• Ensure patients are attended to promptly and all services run as per schedule.
• Handle escalations, patient queries, and resolve service-related issues effectively.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and counselors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and maintenance of the clinic.
• Maintain daily reports for walk-ins, appointments, procedures, and feedback.
• Assist in staff scheduling, leave planning, and performance tracking.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff members on the floor.
• Train new floor staff and guide them as per company standards.
• Work closely with management to implement operational improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or management).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (healthcare or service industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Well-versed with basic computer systems and clinic software (CRM/EMR).

• Presentable, courteous, and patient-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with work timings, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
