Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily F&V hub operations and ensure product quality control.
Supervise
ambient & cold room inventory
and maintain required temperatures.
Monitor
inbound and outbound
logistics to ensure timely dispatches.
Handle
temperature-sensitive items
and enforce SOP-based storage.
Implement
FIFO system
, stock hygiene practices, and minimize wastage.
Lead
labour management, shift handling
, and productivity planning.
Prepare regular
operations reports and updates
for leadership.
Collaborate with procurement, dispatch, and last-mile delivery teams.

What Were Looking For:

6-8 years experience in
F&V warehousing or cold chain logistics
.
Experience with companies like
Blinkit, Big Basket, Zepto
, etc. is a plus.
Strong knowledge of
cold room and ambient storage practices
.
Proven track record in
team leadership
and warehouse process optimization.
Working knowledge of
Excel
and warehouse tracking tools.
