We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our prestigious jewellery showroom. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, while assisting in delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team of dedicated sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor operations and ensure a premium showroom experience.
• Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues with warmth and professionalism.
• Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and discipline.
• Coordinate with management and marketing for events and promotions.
• Coordinate with external associates for timely work completion.
• Motivate sales team for achieving meaningful performance.
• Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to assess staff performance, address any issues, and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business / Management or related field.
• Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-handling skills.
• Fluent in English and Gujarati.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work weekends and festive days.
