Job Description

Responsibilities Staff Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Sales and Operations: Ensure daily sales targets are met and exceeded. Manage opening and closing procedures and other daily operations. Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring staff deliver exceptional service. Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns professionally. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store has high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, with well-maintained displays. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, manage stock replenishment, and implement procedures to reduce shrinkage. Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard valuable merchandise against theft. Administration: Assist with store administration, such as reporting on buying trends and customer needs. Promotions: Coordinate and implement promotional events and in-store displays.  Salary is not constraint for the deserving candidate Immediate joiners are preferred but not mandatory
