Job Description

Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Floor Manager to oversee showroom floor operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an exceptional luxury retail experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a keen understanding of premium customer service standards within a jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Team Leadership

  • Oversee daily showroom floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate sales executives and support staff to achieve operational and sales objectives.
  • Ensure staff adherence to grooming standards, behavioural protocols, and company policies.
  • Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and floor allocation.

Customer Experience & Sales Support

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by guiding customers through product selection and addressing queries professionally.
  • Support sales conversions, billing coordination, and after-sales service resolution.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with discretion and escalate to management when required.
  • Assist in achieving showroom sales targets and executing promotional activities.

Visual Merchandising & Inventory Coordination

  • Ensure proper jewellery display, visual merchandising, and overall showroom aesthetics in line with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for stock availability, movement, and reconciliation support.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit daily floor reports related to sales performance, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
  • Act as a communication bridge between showroom staff and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum experience as a Floor Manager, Showroom Supervisor, or Retail Manager (jewellery industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
