What You’ll Do

• Run the floor like a pro—leading servers, waiters, and runners through high-energy shifts
• Keep every table clean, every guest happy, and every service moment on point
• Sync with the bar and kitchen to keep drinks flowing and plates moving
• Handle VIPs, special requests, and regulars like second nature
• Huddle the team before shifts, train new talent, and keep morale high
• Be the face of the floor—solving problems fast and keeping the party smooth
• Work closely with security to manage crowds on big nights
• Make sure the venue always looks sharp and service standards never slip

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience running the floor in a busy restaurant, bar, or club
• Natural leadership with strong communication skills
• Cool head, quick thinking, and sharp attention to detail
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and event-heavy schedules
• POS knowledge is a bonus
