Job Summary: The Operation Head will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of Universal Bus Services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across our bus and logistics divisions. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and coordination with other departments to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy & Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality. Oversee daily operations of the bus fleet, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintenance, and safety standards. Manage and optimize transport operations to meet client requirements and enhance service expectations. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, including drivers, maintenance staff, and logistics personnel. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team members. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and implementing improvements. Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections to ensure the fleet's safety and reliability. Technology & Innovation: Collaborate with tech-based mobility startups and integrate technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to improve service delivery and operational processes. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and financial performance. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in operations management within the transportation or logistics industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of operational processes, fleet management, and logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
