Conduct testing and quality checks for installed equipment. Monitor site utilities – power supply, load demand, earthing, and safety systems. Maintain site records including work progress reports, test certificates, and checklists. Coordination & Vendor Management : Liaise with DISCOMs, government authorities, OEMs, and vendors for clearances and approvals. Track material delivery and inventory at site; ensure proper storage and usage. Provide site-level feedback to procurement and design teams for improvements. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily/Weekly progress reports with photographs and status updates. Maintain records of manpower, equipment, and material consumption. Report deviations, risks, and delays to the Project Manager.
