Maintenance Manager

Position Summary Lead all maintenance activities to maximize fleet availability, drive down costs, and ensure rapid fault resolution. You will coordinate seamlessly with OEM service teams and dealer networks, oversee bill verification, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Cost Optimization & Budget Control Rigorously verify service bills, spares invoices, and warranty recoveries to eliminate billing discrepancies. Uptime & Rapid Resolution Develop and enforce preventive-maintenance schedules and SLAs to boost vehicle uptime. Establish a 24×7 fault-response framework—triaging breakdowns, dispatching teams, and escalating critical issues. OEM & Dealer Coordination Serve as primary interface with OEM service engineers and authorized dealers for warranty claims, technical escalations, and spare-parts support. Negotiate service-level agreements and turnaround times with dealer networks to guarantee rapid repairs. Team Leadership & Process Standardization Build, mentor, and manage depot-level maintenance supervisors and in-house workshop staff. Standardize checklists, diagnostic protocols, and reporting formats across all locations. Data-Driven Continuous Improvement Track KPIs—mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), maintenance cost per kilometer—and drive targeted actions. Champion technology pilots (telemetry-based predictive maintenance, ERP/CMMS enhancements) to preempt failures.
