Cost Control: Negotiate prices and discounts with vendors. Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive bidding, bulk purchases, and other strategies. Monitor and control purchase expenses to stay within budget. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Prepare purchase reports, including vendor performance reports and cost analysis reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
