Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Manager located in Faridabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, ensuring efficient processes, managing projects, and overseeing management systems implementation. The role also involves conducting analytical assessments and facilitating effective communication across teams and with clients. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients Experience in Sales to drive business growth and client engagement Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure efficient and productive processes Project Management skills for planning and executing business projects Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
