Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Leadership:

• Handle the design, development, and testing of firmware for electronic systems,ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
• 
  
• Develop and optimize algorithms for signal processing, control systems, data analysis,and other relevant applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware/firmware interfaces and specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and actively participate in project planning and execution.

External Relations and Partnerships:

• Lead the debugging and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve firmware and algorithm-related issues.
• Work closely with software developers to integrate firmware with higher-level software components and ensure seamless functionality.

Technical Expertise and Market Awareness:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in firmware development and algorithm design.

Team Management and Development:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that values camaraderie, brotherhood, curiosity, and continuous learning within the R&D team.
• Encourage experimentation and exploration of new ideas while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, empowering them to excel and grow in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (2-4 years of experience).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages: C and C++ (Highly recommended),Embedded C ,Register level programming.
• Experience with frameworks: Espidf, Arduino(recommended),STM32 CUBEIDE and Experience with controllers: ESP32, ATmega328, STM32F1/F3/F4,MSP430
• Experience with communication protocols: Embedded protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN (additional benefit), RS485
• Wireless protocols: MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS Bluetooth/BLE, Wi-Fi, Cellular 
• Experience with hardware/firmware co-design and familiarity with hardware design principles and considerations.(Recommended)
• Experience with Real-Time-Operating-System: FreeRTOS/POSIX
• Experience with tools: VSCode(highly recommended), Eclipse IDE,
• PlatformIO,cmake,openCPU((highly recommended)
• Proven track record leading projects from concept to launch.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality firmware and algorithm solutions on schedule.
• Strong understanding of register level programming and library creation and concepts of event driven programming.
