Job Description:

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Team Manager – Financial Reporting to lead our reporting and compliance team. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in financial reporting, audits, and accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS and IFRS.
• Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory norms.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with FP&A, taxation, and business teams for accurate reporting.
• Drive improvements in accounting processes and systems.

Requirements:

• CA Qualified (mandatory)
• 4–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and Financial Reporting
• Proficient in ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in audit (Big 4 / mid-tier) or reporting roles in listed companies
• Exposure to financial consolidation and reporting automation tools

Salary:

10lpa to 12lpa – Based on experience and company standards
