As an IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager at AireSpring, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, servers, storage, and cloud-based services. You will lead and mentor the infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Collaboration with DevOps teams to define, implement, and optimize tools and technologies will be key in facilitating seamless deployment and system automation. Your project management skills will be put to use as you develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status updates to senior management using tools like Jira. Ensuring project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations will be a critical aspect of your role. Your responsibility will extend to overseeing IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, ticket management, and incident resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications preferred) along with 3+ years of management experience leading IT infrastructure teams. Proficiency in managing enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices is essential. Experience with DevOps tools, concepts, and methodologies is also required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies are key qualifications for this role. Preferred certifications include ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent. You will play a crucial role in analyzing financial and operational trends through hands-on data manipulation and interpretation. Your primary responsibilities will include working with large datasets from billing and finance systems, utilizing SQL and Excel to extract, transform, and present insights that support strategic business decisions. Your core responsibilities will revolve around SQL & Data Mining, where you will be expected to write and maintain complex SQL queries, convert vendor reports into structured datasets, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will leverage tools like RiverRock for billing and financial data extraction. Proficiency in Excel is essential for building advanced models to aid forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis, as well as automating reporting processes using Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas. Furthermore, you will be tasked with deriving operational insights from data analysis, identifying trends in billing, usage, credits, and service activity to enhance business performance. Supporting revenue assurance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, Revenue Assurance, and Finance Ops are also integral parts of your role. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with at least 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting or analytics, preferably within the telecom, technology, or security sectors. Advanced SQL skills, expertise in Excel, and a strong analytical mindset are essential. You should be adept at working independently, managing multiple projects, and effectively communicating data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
