Telecom MACD Provisioner

As an order processor at AireSpring, your role involves processing assigned orders/requests for installation, disconnection, or changes for AireSpring services within established intervals. You will review workload status daily, update order logs, and interact with other departments and customers to ensure smooth processing of orders. Resolving issues within your realm of responsibility and working closely with customers, vendors, and AireSpring teams during the order process are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may be assigned special projects and department tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: - Process assigned orders/requests within established intervals using appropriate systems - Submit and follow up on orders/requests while interacting with other departments and customers - Work closely with customers, vendors, and AireSpring teams throughout the order process - Update customers following established processes - Work on special projects and complete assigned department tasks - Maintain knowledge on AireSpring products Qualifications: - Office environment or call center experience - Customer service experience with a positive attitude - Telecom background is advantageous - Experience managing diverse projects and multiple demands - Proven track record of being proactive - Ability to multitask with attention to detail - High motivation and dedication to achieving goals - Self-starter with the ability to work independently At AireSpring, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and entrepreneurial corporate culture, supported by an experienced leadership team.
