About The Opportunity

Role: Financial ReportingLevel: ManagerReporting To: Director - Finance and AccountsLocation: Gurgaon

About The Function

TheFinancial Reporting function ensures

accurate consolidation of groupfinancials

in line with

IFRS, Ind-AS, and Schedule III requirementsunder the Companies Act, 2013

. It prepares

statutory and annual reports(20F)

, drives compliance, and partners with auditors and regulators touphold governance standards. By leveraging

ERP systems and analytical tools

,the function delivers timely, reliable insights that support decision-makingand strengthen stakeholder confidence.

About The Role

Theincumbent will be responsible for

driving the financial reporting cycleend-to-end

, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internalpolicies. Beyond preparing and reviewing financial statements, the roleemphasizes

analyzing results, interpreting trends, and generating insights

that directly support strategic and operational decisions.Success inthis role requires close collaboration with

business teams, auditors, andsenior stakeholders

, along with the ability to

communicate complexfinancial information clearly and effectively

. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills will be essential to highlight key issues, recommendimprovements, and reinforce the organization’s commitment to

transparency,integrity, and governance

What Will You Be Doing

  • Preparing consolidated financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, including inter-company eliminations and minority interest adjustments.
  • Applying Ind-AS and IFRS standards for statutory reporting with accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing quarterly and annual closings, ensuring adherence to Schedule III requirements.
  • Supporting statutory and internal audits, including coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
  • Leveraging ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Navision) and advanced Excel skills to streamline and enhance reporting processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to strengthen reporting efficiency and governance.

Qualification And Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in financial closing and reporting within medium to large organizations.
  • Prior experience in a listed company (preferably India- or US-listed) will be an added advantage.
