Job Description: Financial Consultant (Hybrid)Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to oversee and optimize the company’s financial performance. The consultant will lead ROI analysis, manage company financial documentation, advise on day-to-day financial operations, and conduct audits of financial and accounting reports. This role requires strong analytical ability, financial management expertise, and the capacity to guide leadership on strategic and operational decisions.

This position follows a hybrid work model.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ROI Management
  • Lead comprehensive ROI analysis for ongoing and new business initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial viability, risk, and profitability of projects and operational strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to improve returns and overall financial efficiency.
Financial Documentation & Reporting
  • Manage, review, and maintain all company financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and models to support management decision-making.
  • Audit and verify financial and accounting statements to ensure transparency and adherence to standards.
Operational Financial Management
  • Oversee and advise on day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
Financial Advisory & Strategy
  • Provide ongoing financial guidance to leadership on strategic business decisions.
  • Assess market trends, financial risks, and business opportunities to support long-term planning.
  • Develop strategies to improve financial stability, profitability, and operational resilience.
Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct regular audits of financial statements, accounting records, and internal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on audit findings.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications advantage
  • Proven experience in financial consulting, auditing, or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
