Job Description

Position:

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage
financial models
for real estate projects, including cash flow forecasting and profitability analysis.
Structure real estate transactions, including debt/equity financing and investment deals.
Conduct risk analysis and sensitivity testing for project viability.
Support fundraising activities and liaise with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
Prepare investment memoranda, project reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business growth in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

MBA in Finance/ Masters in Economics
At least
7 years of professional experience
in financial modeling and transaction structuring, preferably within the
real estate sector
.
Strong understanding of capital markets, real estate financing, and investment evaluation.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, financial software, and presentation tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
