What would you do? Leveraging deep financial expertise and proven workplans, FTS sets up new or transforms existing or acquired financial management processes, bringing them in line with Accenture standards, enforcing operational excellence & compliance and driving profitability growth. FTS professionals work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all types of organic and inorganic transactions, across all Geographies.Finance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to work on the following deal profiles:
Organic deals:oLarge new contracts in start-up phaseoPoorly performing financial contracts with enhanced complexity or risk Inorganic deals:oFinance integration activities on Ventures and Acquisitions / DivestituresFinancial Planning and Analysis, budgeting ,Revenue recognition, US GAAP. Qualification- MBA Finance, CA, CMADesign and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
What are we looking for? Finance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to lead work efforts and change management in the following areas:Individual contract and portfolios of contracts:oGather and document business case assumptions. Establish workplan considering both Accenture standard requirements as well as contract specifics. oDesign and setup appropriate hierarchy structure for contract in Accenture's ERPoImplement standard Accenture digital financial toolset.oDesign and establish project best practice financial processes including roles and responsibilities.oSupport and advise deal leadership in negotiations, profitability recovery action plans, reporting to Accenture review boards.oDefine ongoing finance support roles and responsibilities and ensure smooth handover and coaching from FTS.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to lead work efforts and change management in the following areas:Individual contract and portfolios of contracts:oGather and document business case assumptions. Roles and Responsibilities: oPerform or supervise preparation of program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes. oManage corporate forecasting activities as defined by Accenture as well ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests. oExecute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance.oProvide full management of P&L from revenue to operating income (including non-contract costs)oEnsure balance sheet accountability. Serve as a leader in the FTS organization:Value Creator, People Developer, & Business Operator:oDevelop best practices for FTS and work with FTS and other leadership to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools, and skills.oSet and supervise performance criteria for FTS service delivery teams. oRecruit FTS service delivery team members and train as needed.oPrepare and participate in FTS meetings and training sessions.Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Excellent customer service skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skills.Proven ability to supervise junior team members.Deep knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)SAP S4/ Hana experienceAdvanced Business English language (written and oral) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
