Finance Officer

Job Description

The Finance Manager oversees the financial health of the organization by leading accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role combines strategic financial planning with day-to-day management of fiscal resources. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for leadership Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards Lead financial audits and implement internal controls Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement Manage cash flow and oversee banking relationships Support strategic planning with financial insights and analysis Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software Excellence in financial modeling and forecasting Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills Experience in developing and implementing financial policies This position reports directly to the CFO and collaborates with department heads to align financial operations with company objectives.
