Finance Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax regulations. The role involves managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with Companies Act, GST Act, and Income Tax, and leveraging SAP for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.

• Ensure adherence to Companies Act, GST Act, and Income Tax regulations.

• Manage GST returns, reconciliations, and tax filings.

• Handle Income Tax computations, TDS/TCS, and support audits.

• Operate SAP for finance-related processes and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial insights.

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Domain Expertise

• Financial statement preparation

• Companies Act compliance

• GST Act and Income Tax regulations
