Finance Manager

Job Title: Manager - Finance

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: CFO

CTC: Upto 20 lpa

1. Financial Reporting & Accounts Finalization

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.

·       Ensure timely closure of books of accounts with complete accuracy.

·       Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and lead audit processes. Regulatory & Tax Compliance

·       Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory requirements under Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.

·       Prepare tax computations, returns, and handle assessments or audits by tax authorities.

·       Implement updates in regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company.

2. ERP & Systems

·       Leverage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for accounting, reporting, and control processes.

·       Ensure accurate mapping of transactions in the ERP and support automation and system improvements.

3. Compliance for Listed Entity

·       Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations, Companies Act disclosures, and other listing requirements.

·       Assist in preparation and review of quarterly results, board presentations, and investor documents.

4. Internal Controls & Process Improvements

·       Strengthen internal controls and standard operating procedures across finance functions.

·       Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
