Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled CA – Finance & Accounts with a relevant qualification and 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management. 2. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 3. Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision- making. 4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements. 5. Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and treasury functions. 6. Implement internal controls to enhance financial efficiency and mitigate risks. 7. Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. 8. Support senior management in financial strategy and reporting. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
