Job Description

Company Overview:

Company website

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and cash flow management.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives.
Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, clients and investors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.
Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
MIS & Data management
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying receipts.
Verification of all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.)
Tally or other software working skills

Competencies:

MIS
Advance Excel
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CA IPCC Clear
MBA in Finance

Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience as accountant
