The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data, preparing reports, managing order processing, and supporting coordination between sales, production, and other departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Manage order processing and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments. Share dashboards and performance reports with customers and the sales team for targets achieved and pending targets. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting in Excel . Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to track order status and resolve discrepancies. Support management with actionable insights for business performance improvement. Key Skills & Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel skills preferred). Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities (internal & external). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / equivalent preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or coordination roles (FMCG background preferred).
