Job Description

Shellz India Ltd is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Executive to manage and support our daily IT operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth functioning of all digital and tech-based assets across offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT assets
Troubleshoot and resolve internet/network-related issues
Handle Microsoft Outlook/email account setups & support
Maintain and monitor CCTV systems
Provide timely IT support to all departments
Maintain inventory and ensure timely repairs/upgrades

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with CCTV and basic hardware troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
