Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Fund Raising

Identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities from banks, NBFCs, private lenders, and other financial institutions.

Structure financing proposals, prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), and financial models to support loan applications.

Negotiate terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules to ensure optimal borrowing costs.

Monitor market trends, interest rate movements, and funding instruments (term loans, working capital, invoice discounting, etc.).

Bank Liaisoning

Maintain and strengthen relationships with relationship managers, credit teams, and senior bankers.

Ensure timely submission of stock statements, financial reports, and compliance documents to lenders.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, legal clearances, and collateral management.

Resolve queries and address compliance requirements raised by banks/NBFCs.

Reporting & Compliance

Track and report on fund utilization, repayment schedules, and covenants compliance.

Prepare MIS reports on borrowing costs, outstanding limits, and lender exposure.

Ensure adherence to RBI, MCA, and other regulatory requirements related to borrowing.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of banking products, credit appraisal processes, and funding instruments.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage lender relationships.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

MBA (Finance) preferred.

5 years of experience in fund raising, treasury, or corporate banking liaison.

Proven track record in securing institutional funding and managing multiple banking relationships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
