Job Title: Finance Manager – Hospitality Sector

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality finance, with over 2 years of experience in a similar role, and expertise in GST, TDS, and proficiency in IDS software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closures.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Utilize IDS software for financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
• Prepare and present financial statements to senior management.
• Liaise with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor cash flows, manage accounts payable/receivable, and oversee payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• CA Inter qualified.
• M.Com degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
• Proficient in IDS software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with other hospitality management software.
• Experience in handling multi-property financial operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
