Job Description

Soliflex is looking for a Manager- Finance who must be a Leader & Excellent people manager and be responsible for smooth operations of the Finance Function and ensures overall compliance for the organization.

Role and responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department.
Ensure the organization adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Manage the consolidation of financial records and oversee auditing processes.
Generate management reports and actively participate in strategic meetings.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with bankers and key external vendors.
Assess business efficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.

Required Experience and Skills

Educational background in CA/Finance related degree with 10-15 years of experience
Leader & Excellent people manager
Business Enabler
Result & Process Oriented
Possess eye for detail
Must come from a manufacturing background
