Qualification: Any candidate with MD/DNB (Psychiatry / Family Medicine / Community Medicine) OR PGDFM (Family medicine completed at the Distance Education Unit, CMC, Vellore) with 2 years of relevant work experience OR MBBS and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in blended learning /online courses for training in Medical Education, and/or experience in teaching in a medical institution Should be able to coordinate work with a team of Clinical Faculty and IT Technologists & Administrative personnel for running an online/blended learning course. Need to have people skills, travel periodically to onsite contact program centers within India, and occasionally to abroad; ability to liaise with Faculty of other CMC clinical/academic departments, and overseeing clinical training for the candidates during onsite contact programs either held at CMC, Vellore/other national contact program centers.
