You will design and implement finance delivery models, lead change impact assessment, and optimize finance operations through emerging technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and planning a digitally enabled finance vision - Designing and implementing a finance delivery model and governance framework - Managing transition activities and post go-live support - Identifying opportunities to optimize finance operations through emerging technologies - Leading projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and handling change requests - Leading and managing business development activities - Strategizing and collaborating for internal teams growth To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a leading business consulting organization, is required. Additionally, you should have exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as a commitment to nurturing a learning-driven culture. Ideally, you will have experience in implementing finance technology function initiatives and leading projects with elements of customer experience or digital tools.
