Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to join our team at the Godwin Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial management.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and revenue growth.
Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
