Finance Executive

About the Role

Vezzo is a design-led, sneaker-first lifestyle brand built in India with global standards. We’re looking for a Finance Executive to manage accounting, compliance, and financial operations with high level of ownership. We want someone disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

What You’ll Do

• Full ownership of books of accounts and financial operations.
• Monthly closing, reconciliation, and preparation of reports.
• Managing payables, receivables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Handling inventory accounting, cost tracking, and working capital monitoring.
• GST, TDS, and MCA compliance, including coordination with external CA.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and internal MIS reporting.
• Coordinating with warehousing, logistics, and legal teams for accounting alignment.
• Evaluating and implementing accounting tools or ERP systems as the business scales.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail business.
• Proficient in Zoho Books and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings, and related compliance processes.
• Experience managing inventory accounting, cost structures, and cash-flow tracking.
• Proven ability to work independently and end-to-end across bookkeeping and monthly closes.
• Comfortable preparing dashboards, P&L statements, and MIS reports
