Job Description

Accounting & Compliance Oversight • Supervise day-to-day accounting entries and monthly closing with in-house or outsourced teams • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, tax audits, and other regulatory obligations • Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal teams for timely audits and reporting • Maintain robust documentation for all financial transactions and contracts Strategic Finance & Business Insight • Support top management in business planning, funding strategy, and capital structuring • Build dashboards and MIS reports for real-time financial visibility • Assist in fundraising activities, term sheet reviews, and investor relations Investment Planning & Portfolio Oversight • Evaluate new investment opportunities (equity, debt, JV, etc.) with thorough financial modelling • Conduct ROI, IRR, NPV analysis and present investment memos to the leadership • Liaise with external stakeholders: banks, investors, and financial institutions
