Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Controller at Fairfield by Marriott Agra. The Finance Controller will oversee the financial operations of the hotel, including budget preparation, financial planning, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial performance, preparing financial statements, managing audits, and overseeing payroll and accounts payable/receivable. The role will also involve providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, managing expenses, and ensuring profit optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting practices, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
• Ability to conduct audits and prepare detailed financial reports
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on profit optimization
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
